Hass was with the team all last season and dressed for just one game. He spent the 2006 season on the practice squad.

Some uncertainty remains on the offensive line with seventh-round pick Kirk Barton in line for a job but in position to possibly be impacted by Fred Miller. The veteran is out of town at a family wedding this weekend and continues to mull his options, likely with the hope the Bears will move up from their offer of a minimum-salary benefit deal at $830,000. Guard Chester Adams, the seventh-round pick from Georgia, got good news when he learned he suffered only a sprained left medial collateral ligament at Cleveland.

that really surprised me, I thought he still had get up and go. His worth to Houston was minimal and they let him go, Thought everyone needed a pass rusher. well goes to show his better days are behind him.

- Better not release Hanie and think he is going to make it to the practice squad. He will end up on someone else's roster. - Riddeau has really made a case for playing on someone's roster. Would like to see him stick but we really don't have room. - Nice to see Rex bounce back. We may need him at some point this yr. - Bennett made a hell of a catch. IMHO we can be the Colts next week if we do two things on offense and one on defense. On offense if we can run the ball and control the clock we stand a great chance of winning .....due to the way the Colts are built. They don't have the massive line up front, they use lighter speed guys similar to what we have so they can be blocked out of plays. So if we pound the ball inside and use the 2 TE set we can run on them to the outside. Secondly their corners and LB are not speed guys so we can get Olsen/Davis underneath open and Bradley/Hester/Lloyd open on deeper routes. Also with their speed up front screens and draws will kill them. Not to mention that Sanders and Freene…
