Final Mock draft from the Bearstalk Crew...
Love that draft other than taking a RB at 103 instead of a LB. Poles will be getting some extra picks so I also expect a WR.

A Case for JSN...
That would suck to pass him up and then play in Detroit twice a year. He wouldn't mention the team.

A Case for JSN...
Was listening to Greg Gabriel and he was talking to one of his friends that still works for a team, part of the war room, that said they have Carter removed from their big board.

Jordon love Era has begun
One of our owners are gone. The Rodgers ownership is over. Take the North is on.

Final Mock draft from the Bearstalk Crew...
With the hype PJJ is getting , I think he's gone by 9. Which probably leaves the door open for Carter or Wilson to drop. If we end up going OT, I hope it's Wright.

A Case for JSN...
The way I look at it, if Poles ends up drafting him, he will already have the answer. We are not privy to all the information but I don't think he takes a big risk on his highest draft pick he may ever have. He's not playing poker with his best asset . We just don't get to see everything. I hope Carter drops and Poles takes him. If he gets the best player in the draft at 9, that would be amazing. Upgrade at edge and a future all pro in the middle? Grab a RT in the second round and lets play football.

A Case for JSN...
I agree. There are 20 stars I would like but its a building process. If Carter drops, you take him, unless someone offers you something you can't refuse. A second round and a first round next year plus there pick. Poles will surprise us .

The Bears Big Board
Everything will not happen in this draft, as you suggest, Poles already told us that. Do your scenario and get a vet edge for a year. Problem solved.

The Bears Big Board
I'm buying all of that, that's exactly what I want to happen

Final Mock draft from the Bearstalk Crew...
Wish this would happen. I don't think Paris Johnson going to be there at 9 which probably means Carter drops to 9.

The Bears Big Board
Like that draft a lot, concentrated on the trenches and the RB is a real sleeper.

I Never Thought I Would Be Weary Of Mock Drafts!
I will say with this bizarro Bears off-season, I have found some sports journalists that I like , I never seen before. Swifty, Adam Rank, Barroom Network, mainly because of Greg Gabriel, that I knew before but never appreciated. Also CHGO sports is growing on me. Karm and Hoge keep it real. Also I have grown to appreciate some of you guys more. Some are more like minded than I originally thought.

Final Mock draft from the Bearstalk Crew...
Brandon Thorn likes Benton a lot rates him in his top 5 DL ahead of several big names.

My take on Poles draft.
Exactly ( positional picks)

My take on Poles draft.
The more I read about Bjan Robinson, the more I can buy into that pick. He probably will be the best player on the board at 9 , if we move back I think Philly takes him. Later in the teens, Darrell Wright comes into play but Lucas Van Ness should still be there to. Actually let me say if Carter doesn't drop, I think we take him if he does.

Was Benton available when you took Dexter? That's the only thing different I would do. Nice draft.

- My take on Poles draft.
Arguably, an upgrade at OC will do more to upgrade the OL than the OT position. I've been using the argument that Poles already has players at a position, so why draft one ? Not sure he has trust in his options at OC, so adds a plus player at center. The WR situation is different because the quality of the top 3 WRs. It's totally how he has his board laid out.- A Case for JSN...
That's far to say you don't trust CLaypool and V Jones. As I said before my opinion is ( what I think Poles is going to do.) If you want a offensive player, Robinson is the only choice, he looks like a blue chip player with rookie of the year written all over him.- A Case for JSN...
The Bears aren't a good enough team to have the luxury of their 3 best assets all going into the WR room. The first 4 picks have to be starters. JSN would not be starting on this team in his first year. DJ Moore will be the load WR, they want to see what they have in Mooney and Claypool . Also V Jones will be given the chance to succeed. Poles don't have the luxury picking picks that might start in 2 Years. I'm predicting what I think Poles will do, not what I want. They will be drafting a WR, it's justnot going to be at 9.- My take on Poles draft.
Every team in the league has a different board. What someone thinks a red player, may be blue on their board.- My take on Poles draft.
I'd be very happy with that draft. As long as we get at least one DT, Edge, OC, OT, at the top of the draft, I'm a happy camper. I didn't know this before but Sydney Brown and Chase Brown are twins.- My take on Poles draft.
Lots of threads speak about the draft. I thought I would stick predictions in one spot I think Carter drops and that's our pick. 9)Jalen Carter/DT 53) Joe Tippmann/OC 61) Mathew Bergeron/OT 64) Derick Hall/edge 103) I think he trades this pick to NE ( could be any team. NE is always trading picks and has 3 in the 4 th round) gets pick 107 and 117. 107) Chase Brown/RB 117) Riley Moss/CB 133) Karl Brooks/DT 136) Jake Witt) OL 148) Cameron Latu/ TE 218) Matt Landers) WR 258) Jose Ramirez/Edge He's going to make some later day trades but to hard to guess when Poles . I used Bruglers draft for reference who might be there.- A Case for Bijan...
I can buy into Robinson over a WR. Foreman is on a one year deal. Hebert is not a three down back I won't be throwing beers at the TV if we did that. Jahamyr Gibbs is projected to go later in the second round and people think he is a Kamara clone. If we picked him at 53, I would jump on that. Later in the draft has lots of talent. Isaih Pacheco was pick 251 and started for the SB winner. That's where Poles learned football. I don't think he picks Robinson early. - My take on Poles draft.
