There are a lot of Rex supporters and a lot of Orton supporters on this board. I am in the "they both suck" camp.

just get behind the QB that is starting and quit trying to create a QB debate. Rex sucked and had his chance. Orton is producingbetter results and when the game is called properly, he looks pretty damn good. Rex wil never be the starting QB for the Bears ever again (barring injury to Orton).

what i find funny is how everyone cant remember what Rex did when he gets in there. We dont not have a NFL caliber QB on this team. the quicker we all realize that the quicker we can get over it.

i dont want to draft a QB...by the time he is ready the rest of the team will be in transition. I prefer a vet at QB...who that is i dont know. I would like to trade for either Brady Quinn or Anderson from Clev or something along those lines. OL/S/CB/OL in the first 4 rds

he was drafted in the 2nd rd out of florida...the Pats even traded up to get him. He has had a knee problem last year and something wrong with his stomach muscle in college and his first year as a pro. He struggled to grasp the play book his entire time with the Pats and did not finish or run his routes very well. He had this knock on him coming out of college too. I say pass. If you cannot become a good WR with the Pats and Brady then i dont think he can come in here and help us.

some of the WR that have played the position all their life have trouble being WRs in the NFL...so i dont think he can come in and play the game. For every Willie Gault there is a Bethel Johnson...speed guys who just cant catch the football or run proper routes.

2005 and 2001 were disasters

I thought he looked damn good. I dont care where he played or when he got drafted if at all...he showed a lot. Remember, Tom Brady was a no name 6th rounder...so you never know. I'm just sayin'

i thought Hanie did a lot well (against 3rd string comp). He is a quick thinker and does not hold the ball too long. Can get out of trouble with his feet and really was poised. I am actually impressed
