I'd like to be on your staff. About friggin time we're checking out what we have. This could be brutal now, but good for the future. I'm hoping Long and Slauson have him up to speed for this test.

Agreed. 30 is getting up there, especially for a RB that has taken the pounding Forte has. I love the guy, but we did draft a promising RB and Pace is making some moves for the long term future.

Agree. If this is true, then Pace is making his stamp on the Bears future, picking up draft choices and freeing up cap money for useful vets.

We will be ranked the 32nd team in the league. And this group of no talents has earned it. Sad for the founding franchise of the league.

Agreed. 14 points were from the opening kickoff and Jay's pick 6. The rest is the D. That's 34 points that the D gave up. Never going to win with the crap talent we have built on the D side of the ball.

Really enjoyed Mr. Buffone both as a player and a say-it-like -he -saw-it commentator on the Score. I sent him his rookie card about 25 years ago and he signed it and mailed it back with a personal letter. He is one of the oldies and goodies.

QB is NOT a BPA pick this year. Stick with Cutler and get the BPA at # 7, be it D or O. Just can't see Pace doing something stupid his first shot at this.

Could not agree more. If Cutler is not the QB we have no hope for the O. There just are no other realistic options this year that would allow any possibility of winning.

So if you gotta a problem with Da Bears, move o.n Getting rid of BM was the right deal based on age, injury problems, erratic behavior. So I am happy this went down and look forward to see what's next.

Okay, stop it. We all know that Cutler is staying. Why? 1 Who else are we going to get that is a real QB? 2 We are in a $ hole with him, so he's what we got. 3 The coaches we now have need a shot to "turn him around" That's why imDo, Cutler stays at least one more year. Stop the wondering, he is our QB for 2015.
