  1. With 6 starts, had 7 sacks, 17 pressures, 19 QB hits, 10 TFL. Would have led our team.
  2. Demarcus Walker, 28, 6'4" 280. A rotational piece, started 6 games had 32 tackles, 10 TFL , 7 sacks, 16 QB hits. Couldn't find his pressures. Nice signing. Never heard of him before. A second round pick of Broncos.
  3. I think Broderick Jones is the fit. Very athletic.34.75 length arms with huge hands, 10" 5/8. Strong base. They could move back and still get Jones.
  4. The option could be to move Whitehair to OC. Slide Jenkins to LG. The answer for RT right now Alex Leatherwood, Keller Diesch or slide Jenkins out to RT. Sign a vet or draft one. Early would be Skoronski, Johnson or Broderick Jones. Later would be Matt Bergeron or Duncan or Freeland. Poles is trying not to pay stupid money for a vet. McGaryw, Wynn, Wylie, Trey Pipkins, Brandon Shell. All starters last year. My gut feeling: Brandon Jones-- Jenkins--Patrick--Davis-- Rookie.
  5. T J Edwards and Edmunds also excel in pass coverage. Slide Sanborn to MLB and you have a great start at fixing the front 7 Edmunds is a better scheme fit th an Roquan was. Probably 15% over pay but you want Roquan at 20 mil or Edwards and Edmunds at 25 mil?
  6. Nate Davis is strictly a RG , does that mean Jenkins moves to RT or LG? Edmunds surprises me.
  7. Sounds like McG is coming to Chicago, got that wrong. Trench warfare soured me on McG.
  8. I got that wrong. Signed TJ Edwards. LB
  9. I just don't think Poles is going to pay a below average RT 15 mil a year. All of them are flawed but Taylor has the biggest upside and Youngest. Maybe O Brown at 22 is a better value and is a quality OT. I don't see him throwing away the growth of Jones after a good first year. Maybe he sticks Brown at RT. The cheap money for Jones can justify overpaying in FA. I think its Taylor. Maybe Andrew Wylie and drafts a future starter. 8-9 mil ? Bobby Okereke is a done deal. I think he's not getting in a bidding war for Dremont Jones, so goes after a 8 to 10 mil Zach Allen. young with upside. I think he sticks with Patrick and drafts a OC .Or maybe thinks a Evan Brown works and surprise us. I tink the CB acquisition is a Rock Ya-Sin at 4-5 mil. I think maybe a 1 year 10 mil deal for a 30 year old Frank Clark.
  10. I don't think they draft a RB high. Doesn't mean they can't draft a starter in the 4 th round. Spears, Evans, Brown or McIntosh. But I think Monty comes back.
  11. I think Poles doesn't want to rely on growing pains of rookies on the OL. I think a RT, they all have flaws, so who? Do you think he brings in Andre Dillard ( eagles) for this year and drafts a RT? Or sign Orlando Brown?
  12. If not Taylor then who? He has upside and will come cheaper than McGary and McGlinchy. All of them have flaws. I found this new Twitter account NFL Notifications , is says Dremont Jones is going to Cleveland also re-signing Pocic. Also Booby Okereke is coming here. I will have to see how accurate they are.
  13. Yes , got the first name wrong.
  14. I think it's Kyle Allen, he can play either IDL spot and could be signed for 10-12 range.
  15. That means Dremont Jones will be getting 18-20 mil. Poles won't pay that much.
  16. Juwaan Taylor , Bobby Okereke, Evan Pocic, Zach Allen He's signing one more big money contract, Taylor. Pocic, Okereke and Allen will be under 10 mil a yr. He could stick with Patrick, not sure on that one. Resigns Monty at 3 yr 19.5 mil
  17. This tells me we have a stud # 1 on our hands. Completely changes our offense.
  18. What I like about him he has been able to adjust to so many bad QBs and still be productive. Some WRs only play well with good QBs.
  19. They also cut Leonard Floyd
  20. I just read on the NFL website. 12 EST, you we right.
  21. Both of us were wrong. I have tendency to believe what I hear from trusted sources and don't check it.
  22. An interesting tidbit. One player in the Big 10 outplayed both Johnson and Skoronski in head to head play. Its going to be our 9 th pick, Lukas Van Ness. Cole Kmet's brother in law.
  23. Here's a draft with what I suspect will be our FA gets figured in . I would have took Van Ness but Carter dropped, I had to take him.
  24. Actually I think free agency pre tampering starts at midnight not noon. Someone on the SCORE stated that. I'm not sure.
  25. That may be in play. He drafts him and if he looks good, cuts Whitehair. Post June 1 cut gives us 9.9 mil cap space. Flexibility is the key. Free agency gets us new starters at OC and RT.
