  1. Agreed....Lovie doesn't make the playoffs this year he needs to be canned...I liked the move at first, the man got us to a SB, but now his calmness is really starting to piss me off...he needs to show some fire so it rubs off on his team...I can even imagine what his halftime speechs are like....lulling the guys to sleep in there.
  2. He might not be the best in coverage but is above average and he makes plays on the ball...I hope you weren't one of the ones talking about Chris Harris last week b/c you would be totally contradicting yourself... ^^^^^^^^ I like that answer
  3. Agreed...The Bears have the problem of every other team in the city....finishing... someone said in another thread that we can't even start either...well we had leads in each of the past 2 games, just can't stick it out....
  4. 262, 2TD, 2 int... Bears 88 was this more of the game you were looking for...looks like some Rex stats there.
  5. refs are gonna be refs...this team just cannot finish
  6. exactly what I was thinking...just needed reassurance
  7. ok so in my money league I proposed 2 trades by the same person...I am deciding if I want to take any. (me) Sammy Morris for Wes Welker (me) Jamaal Lewis for Chasni Stukley (sp, NY Jets WR) I need a 3rd WR and he needs an RB I got Reggie Wayne and TJ Housh (WTF???) as my other starters and Reggie Williams/Kevin Walter as my 3rd Starter... My Rbs are Gore, Earnest Graham, 2 above and Selvin Young Any Advice?
  8. Obviously he doesn't reply after someone talks about Rex's great ability to turn the ball over...
  9. He has a charity to get kids winter coats in Austin? Wow....those Texas blizzards must really be rough...
  10. Ha, Good field position after a kick b/c of a return or b/c they dont want to kick to him is just as good as starting at the 10 and gaining 20-30 yards. So chalk him up for at least 50-100 yards/game w/o even stepping on the field as a receiver...
  11. b/c he has never shown any football smarts...being a team player doesn't make him smarter. I was a fan of Rex, he just made WAY too many mistakes
  12. I am a big fan of the run 20 yards backwards at the first sign of pressure then throw the lob or drop the ball on the ground.
  13. Can we combine some of these threads or just stop making new threads about the same topic in something else? I mean there are like 3 Ron Turner threads, 2 Orton ones etc...
  14. I mean does anyone actually know this...I think the perception is only there b/c the annoucer couldn't stop talking about him and he got the fumble off Olsen (who didn't seem like he was holding the ball that tightly. He's not that good so calm down people

    Orton

Rex I want to ask you something, where were you yesterday?
  16. Who ended up winning the flag total yesterday....The Panthers seemed to jump on every other play...
  17. Huge pickup...it's like this team actually has a first rounder on the field.
  18. I don't know what happened in the locker room at halftime. It was like the offense just quit trying to be affective in any way possible.
  19. Yea the Raymont Harris catch was the following week against the Browns...it might not even ahve been Raymont Harris...
  20. 11 wins in '05 would tell you otherwise.
  21. Maybe a QB 1-2 Punch. Orton for short pass game clock management situations. Rex for long pass plays and recklessness. It could work!
