Humor
Putting a positive spin on things before the season, eh CrackerDog?! I think humor could turn out to be the one saving virtue, given the Oline we've got, the QB race, etc.

Double Z thinks....
And Hanie will be snapped up from the PS. And we'll be up the creek when both QBs go down with injuries. Man, whatever happened to looking ahead, being proactive. Lovie and JA are really on thin ice this season. I'd rather we IR'd Williams than put Hanie on the practice squad.

Observations from tonight
ÇWish I would have watched a bit more to see Hanie and Wolfe. But I agree on Beekman and Forte. I think Forte is the real deal. And if Babitch can't get it done with the guys we have on D then he should go coach high school. Its just preseason, so I'm gonna give hime the benefit. But not for long.

How to watch Bears games LIVE online
Yeah, the ads were pretty hokey, but I don't get ads from the U.S. here, so. . . . But thanks again Miami Bear. The site worked great!

Back to Fixing the OL 1st...
Agree Connorbear. This could rally doom the O. If someone else goes down we may need to convert a DL to the OL. Man, how many of us screamed about the OL in the offseason and on draft day?

Williams undergoes back surgery
You gotta be right BearSox. Any back surgery is delicate and takes time to heal. Especially for a kid that's going to take a pounding every snap. Williams is not going to contribute, this year for sure. Ever? Makes me want to puke.

How about Caleb Hanie?
Didn't watch the 2nd half, by the way stoogetv.com worked! But sounds like this kid can be the 3rd QB. Now that we have that out of the way, let's fix the damn LT spot.

No, thank you for your time and effort Miami Bear. I've saved the link and I'll check it out for the first preseason game!

Bears release 1st Depth Chart of Summer
Now that is sobering!

My favorite current Bear
Gotta be Brown. He is a decisive factor for our D. He keeps coming back from those injuries and he is such a smart, hard hitting player. Harris too, but if I gotta go with one, its Brown. Telling how most of the guys here are selecting players on D.

The Wolfe taking it seriously this yr
That made me go "hmm." And I agree with you Nfo. If we have Forts and now KJ and AP, Wolfe is an unnecessary luxury, taking up roster space from, say, an OT or OG. Now why aren't those positions overstocked?

Anyone at Soldier Field?
So you were there, CrackerDog? You definitely got a picture of one of those asses! And man, gotta give Rex a break. Its practice, who needs that?
-
Mid-range Passing Attack
I hear ya, but I think Hass is going to suffer from the numbers game. He will be gone. Sad that we didn't get a chance to see what he could do.
-
Nick Hill waived
The Trib is reporting that Nick Hill is gone. Now we have 3.
-
Mid-range Passing Attack
If its the short range passing attack, Orton has the edge, IMdO. Rex can clearly get the deep ball, but his pocket problems mean we would need time for that to develop. And the Oline doesn't inspire much confidence at this point.
-
Who will be this year's...
You got that right, Connorbear. And if we have NO depth on the Oline, those 5 will really be wasted picks.
-
What's Your Biggest Worry?
Yep. The OL is going to be key. There will be injuries and what is starting off as a haphazard group will be devestated when the injuries occur. JA has got to bring in some help before the season gets underway.

Hester Signs!!!!!!!
No more distractions! Now they can get on with solidifying the personnel on the field.

Tillman Speaks and I wonder....
It's nothing they don't already know. And until they get that monkey off their back, they will be suspect everytime they step on the field. Man, Tillman is right on target. Since I started following the Beloved in 1963, I have looked forward to seeing the D on thei field much more than the O. When the O came out I was usually afraid of what blunder they could cause. With the D, I was waiting from someone's head to roll and for a turnover.
