There's a chance the bears could have (gasp) actual defensive tackles active in this game!

  3. Strength vs Strength. Minnesota Running Attack vs Chicago Run Defense. If Dalvin Cook goes over 100, we lose. If we can shutdown the run game, we have a great chance at creating turnovers. This is going to be an ugly game. I think it is going to be close and come down to a turnover or big special teams play. Bears 17-13.

Jackson on NFI, Ifedi, Cohen, Newsome on pup. Jenkins and couple others held out of first day at training camp. Should I be worrie I'm. sorry got posted in wrong thread.

  5. These teams are fairly even going into this game. Mixon vs Monty. Red Rider Revenge Game. To me it comes down to execution. If the Bears players play up to expectations, the Bears win by 10. If they play how they did last week, they lose by at least 7. I am hoping for more Fields, just put the kid in already. I have really soured on Nagy and it feels like he is over his head and needs to give up playcalling. Bears 24-20.

  6. This is going to be an extremely interesting matchup. Baltimore has the #1 Rushing Offense in the league, but their leading rusher is Jackson. On the flip side they have the worst passing defense in the league allowing 283 yds per game. Foles or Dalton as the Scout Team QB (playing as Jackson) is really going to prepare our defense well lol. Mack hasn't played in almost a month and was still not practicing on Wednesday. Hicks was out, Jackson was out. Trevathan was out. ARob was out. I am hoping this was more of extended rest to get them closer to 100% than anything else. If the Bears can contain Mark Andrews and limit the huge chunk plays to Brown…

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3241124 Updated: February 11, 2008, 4:06 PM ET * Comment * Email * Print MIAMI -- Quarterback Trent Green was acquired by the Miami Dolphins last year as part of a plan to turn the franchise's fortunes around. Trent Green Green Not surprisingly, Bill Parcells' ideas differ from the previous model. In the Dolphins' first major player purge since Parcells took charge of Miami's football operations, the team parted ways with Green, wide receiver Marty Booker and seven other players Monday -- ushering in the start of what's expected to be a massive offseason roster shakeup by the re…

With wins the last two weeks, we are now in 13th for the 2015 draft. Interestingly, we have the 9th hardest schedule this season and only 3 teams in the top 10 of the SoS have a winning record. 1. OAK 1-10 2. JAX 1-10 3. TEN 2-9 4. NYJ 2-8* 5. TB 2-9 6. WAS 3-8 7. The same bad theme keeps cycling through my brain; Pace with another trade down, then a free agent overpay, Nagy with another dumb decision and so on. In just this year, Pace has brought us Andy Dalton at the cost of Kyle Fuller. While I agreed with the trade for Fields, the 'meh' was for trading yet another pick for Jenkins when we could have gotten a tackle with our pick.(but no, he falls in love with certain players) He simply could have kept Trubisky on a cheap deal, kept Fuller, drafted Fields and we'd be stronger. Nagy is just Nagy. He is and will be remembered as the Wile E Coyote of coaches. He gets all of the ACME products to make the perfect rocket…

This is why the Bears should draft all offense this year. Focus absolutely everything on protecting the franchise player and providing him with superior weapons.

  13. The Bears lost 31-30 the last time they played. Fields had over 300 yards of total offense and 4 TDs. Fields should pass Michael Vick's single season rushing total in this game (28 yards), but needs a big game to have a chance to pass Lamar's record in Week 18. Still funny to see him 7th in the NFL in rushing considering he missed a game. With Herbert now in his 2nd week back, he should look better, but it will be interesting to see if Claypool plays. The Bears defense will have their hands full, Detroit is good rushing and passing. I feel like this will be another high scoring affair, but the Bears will not have enough to hang with Detroit (sounds c…

The more I see this offensive staff being built, CW shopping for penthouse in Chicago, and the statements of our offensive staff I don't think that they are going to tie their jobs security to JF. Same drill. 3 round mocks. Without further ado:

The Bears are still weak at WR3, Edge2, and need at least another rotational piece at DT with the loss of Jones. For upgrades, Center is the most obvious spot not listed. So priority seems to be WR/Edge, then DT, then Center. If they stand pat, they have #9, #75, and #122 to address those spots. They have talked about a big drop off in talent in this draft (due to players staying in school due to NIL), so there are fewer mid level players available. I assume that is why Poles has not been shy to dump draft picks later in the draft. What would you rather see the Bears do (not what you think they will do) with the draft picks? Do you think it is better to get a …
